

Navin has spent more than 3 decades in the jewellery industry, of which the first 13 years were with the Rosy Blue Group owned Intergold. From handling the International Sales of Japan in SEEPZ, to setting up the country’s first platinum jewellery factory, later moving out to set up Intergold in Retail (now Orra), and then Hammer Plus Jewellery for wholesale domestic distribution, he has forayed across many facets of the industry. This experience is what made good his stand to start NYUZ….
He is also Co-Founder of Association of Trainers, Founder of CLUBJIO (Club Jeweller Inside Out), and also Co-owner of a tv stars cricket team that plays at BCL called Pune Anmol Ratn. During covid times, Navin has created an identity THE JEWELLERY IVANGELYST, a real world who talks of Design, Values & Investment in the jewellery industry.

NYUZ (pronounced news) is a Training and Consulting company for the jewellery industry. Founded in January 2005 by Navin Sadarangani (link to Read My Journey) , it is evolving every day with a vision “To become the Preferred Jewellery Retail Service Provider”
At the start, the whole idea of Jewellery Retail Services was non-existent and hence NYUZ started by offering Training of Frontline Retail Sales Personnel as its only service and revenue generator. The mission stated then and still remains “To influence the quality of management and service in the domestic jewellery sector” through quality coaching.”
After 10 years of making news largely as a Training Provider to brands like TBZ, Khimji, Senco Gold & Diamonds, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Aisshpra, Gili, Nirvana, D’damas; Family Jewellers like Anmol, Hazoorilal Legacy, Shobha Asar, Harit Zaveri, Kalasha Fine Jewels, Varda Goenka, Mahesh Notandass; Trade Bodies like GJEPC, DTC, PGI; and International Jewellery Players like Rosy Blue, Oro, Kanz Jewels in Dubai, Mustafa Jewellery in Singapore, NYUZ took on its complete emergence.
Great associations have been built up with jewellery industry experienced Graphic Design Outfits, Advertising Agencies, Architects, Website Development Companies, Packaging and Printing Vendors to allow for quick access in case a need exists. A lot of co-venture work/projects have also been carried out with The Times of India Group, Femina, DNA, NDTV Good Times, Zee TV, Balaji Telefilms and other media publications and houses even in the jewellery industry like The Retail Jeweller, The Indian Jeweller etc.

Fluke entry into the jewellery industry in 1992 at Intergold (SEEPZ) and was part of the International Sales Team alongwith Sucheta Khandwala and Priti Mehta heading Japan till 1994
Learnt Jewellery Manufacture in-house and helped set up the first platinum jewellery factory for the group called International Gold Co Ltd ( 1995-1996)
Moved out as part of the Core Team with the Chairman and MD to set up a chain of jewellery retail stores called Intergold(now Orra) and was there till 2003
Helped set up a jewellery distribution company called Hammer Plus Jewellery (for Hammer & Sohne, partners of Rosy Blue for Intergold) and headed Business Development till 2005

Taarika Sadarangani, who looks after the Accounts of NYUZ is consistent in her attitude and good with numbers. A Commerce Graduate, she has been a Banker all of her working life with a leading multinational bank and right now chooses to take care of the Accounting, Taxation and other Legal Obligations. Being the wife of the Founder and having a focused book-keeping role, it allows her to have a Work-from-Home routine right from the start.

Rajani Bhatt is a Marketing Communications leader turned Coach with over 16 years of experience in building brands, leading cross-functional teams, and driving high-impact communication strategies across industries. Known for her ability to blend strategic thinking with people development, she has led large-scale campaigns, corporate initiatives, and leadership programs that create measurable business impact. As a Partner at NYUZ, Rajani now focuses on empowering professionals and sales teams through practical, results-driven coaching. Her approach combines real-world business insight with mindset transformation, enabling individuals to communicate with confidence, build stronger client relationships, and consistently achieve higher performance. She loves music, is an avid reader and loves to live life with enough song, dance and travel in it. Family First is her unspoken mantra.

Graduated in commerce and developed myself through Early Child Education ECE Training. Being passionate about Jewellery & fashion have worked as a Brand Manager in jewellery industry. As I am a people’s person, passion for people and training made me join NYUZ. I like to meet new people and being a Retail Sales Trainer gives me that opportunity and to further improve myself.

Love travelling to new places, connecting with new people and trying different cuisine. Also Love dancing but at the same time, I’m Spiritually inclined. A Pranic Healer and a Certified Out-bound Training Specialist, I have a knack of understanding of human psychology. Have worked in the jewellery retail industry as the family has a legacy of diamonds. I have chosen to do something a bit more exciting than trading in them as people interaction is what I enjoy most.

A Graduate in commerce and have done my Diploma in Aviation & Hospitality also. Being passionate about jewellery and people has led me to NYUZ by chance. A Trainers Role gives me an opportunity to keep my passion for taking center stage alive and also rehearse my delivery skills. A complete personality is what I’m trying to build for self and audience that covers external and internal attributes.

Tushar Ludhani is a media studies graduate with a business background and experience across fashion, sales, and operations. Because of his family business, he has done immense work in the B2B garment industry. His multi-faceted background of brand-building and business handling, has given him a great understanding of people and communication. Being a Coach at NYUZ, allows him to amplify these skills and influence the audience in a more personal way. He has varied experience across retailers of regional markets and he stays connected to real customer interactions over the counter. He enjoys travel, reading and photography and also has a deep wanderlust for the digital world.

Has studied till Higher Secondary education and then due to economic situations at home, chose to get into work. From a Peon with Anil Kambare to an Office Asst in NYUZ, I think I have also grown to become more disciplined, responsible and intutive. I love to serve others and NYUZ is my happy place to be at on every day of the week.
