As the world buckled, We realized our hidden potential during lockdown and continued in our mission "To influence the quality of management and service in the domestic jewellery sector". Within the first 100 days, we trained almost 2000 sales personnel of jewellery retail teams across the country. Also around 100 b2b sales personnel of wholesale companies and around 30 jewellers wives and next-gen on customized programs. While doing so, we also forged collaborations with the GJEPC, IIGJ (Delhi & Mumbai) and even with The Economic Times for the Bjewelled 2020 Virtual Conference. Because of this we were also featured in the Sunday Business Standard(26th April'20) under "Reinventing Business from the Living Room".We went online with loads of projects, as the industry zoomed up to a new communication normal.
